Shipping Terms and Conditions

By signing the Airwaybill at the time of shipment handover, customers using PT. AMANAT PERKASA SPEED delivery services are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Goods or documents being shipped become the responsibility of PT. AMANAT PERKASA SPEED once the sender has paid all shipping charges and holds the original receipt issued by PT. AMANAT PERKASA SPEED.
Prohibited items include cash or securities, jewelry, explosive or toxic materials, narcotics or illegal drugs, items contrary to public morality or related regulations, as well as illegal animals or plants.
PT. AMANAT PERKASA SPEED does not routinely inspect shipment contents. Any discrepancy between the actual contents and the information stated on the Airwaybill remains the full responsibility of the sender.
PT. AMANAT PERKASA SPEED is not responsible for technical risks during transportation, detention or seizure by authorized authorities, damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure, leakage of liquid goods, or spoilage of food products.
Compensation claims for uninsured loss or damage caused by negligence are limited to a maximum of 10 times the shipping cost or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower. Claims must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days from the AWB date.

Privacy Policy & Personal Data Protection

PT. AMANAT PERKASA SPEED is committed to protecting personal data and shipment information processed through our E-Tracking system and logistics operations.

Data CollectionData processed through the E-Tracking system includes the Airwaybill (AWB) number, shipment date, sender name and address, recipient name and address, and shipment tracking history.
Purpose of UseThe data is used to facilitate shipment tracking, verify recipient identity, and resolve shipment claims or delivery issues.
Data ConfidentialityPT. AMANAT PERKASA SPEED will not sell, rent, or disclose customer personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by applicable Indonesian law.
System SecurityWe implement technical and operational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of shipment information and customer data.
